Katy Spring & Mfg. a privately held spring-industry leader, is looking to add a Business Development Specialist who will be primarily responsible for strengthening current customer relations and developing new relationships. We are on an aggressive growth plan that provides for significant compensation advancement for the right individual.

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission - 1st year compensation should be between $50 - $60K, 2nd year $60 - $90K.

Preferred background:

• Bachelors Degree preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Defines available markets & trends, customer targets, and strategies to pursue them.
• Acquires new business and develops new relationships with prospective customers to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Cultivates customer relationships, laterally and above the primary contact.
• Participates in sales meeting and provides pipeline and other sales related updates to sales team.
• Prepares and delivers technical presentations that explain Katy Spring products and/or services to customers and prospective customers.
